The “100 Acres Plus Multilayer
Organic Farming” Model
Flagship Initiative | Scalable Community Model
A transformative agricultural blueprint designed to make every village self-sufficient. Each site develops 100 acres of organic, multilayer farmland producing year-round crops while generating employment, education, and food security. This replicable model has already begun in Magbafth Village, Karene District, serving as a proof-of-concept for future investment across 14 villages.

Multilayer Organic Farming & Biodiversity Programme
Innovation in Sustainable Farming
Integrating fruit trees, root crops, and vegetables in vertical layers, this initiative maximises land use, preserves soil fertility, and supports biodiversity. It reduces dependence on chemical fertilisers, making farming more resilient to climate change.

Community Processing & Value-Addition Centres
Turning Harvests into Sustainable Income
Establishing agro-processing units such as cassava (garri) and palm-oil facilities within rural clusters to convert raw produce into market-ready goods. This shortens supply chains, increases local earnings, and creates export opportunities.

Training, Education & Agri-Innovation Hubs
Building Human Capital for Sustainable Growth
Every CSiAWA farm doubles as a learning centre where farmers, students, and youth receive practical training in organic farming, agribusiness, and technology. These hubs partner with schools and NGOs to create skilled, certified agricultural professionals.
