Founded by Agnes K. Sesay, Sulaiman Sesay and Johnny Y. Kamara in 2010, CSiAWA is a purpose-driven holding company headquartered in Sierra Leone, comprising enterprises across multiple industry sectors solutions, farming & agriculture, construction & development, education & training with a bold vision to expand globally.

CSiAWA will act as the principal investment holding company and promoter of all CSiAWA enterprises. Seventy per cent of its equity is intended to be held by philanthropic trusts, supporting education, health, village and town development, environment, agriculture, youth empowerment, and the arts.
